Studied IT in Business and worked in IBM turned to Real Estate Negotiator. Real Estate (Home, office and factory) is basic need for everyone as shelter which give us comfort, peace of mind , security and good hygiene in our life. We buy a house for family stay or as savings for our future. These savings must be protected, secured and liquidity. We pleasure that real estate is a good saving for our life since it fixed to the ground and capital appreciation (elevation of real estate pricing). The price of the real estate raise bases on the land demand, population of the area, macro, micro factors of the location and others cause the market value.
